I lead a multidisciplinary Technology team in the Data and Analytics area. We aim to increase the reliability and health of critical assets in the production chain. We use applied techniques of artificial intelligence and Machine Learning in all operational phases of Vale (Mine, Plant, Railway and Ports). We reduced 113.525 hours of risk exposure, covered around 35.2k critical assets and achieved US$36.3Mi in cost avoid by preventing component failures and breakdowns. I management $3Mi (USD) in budget and lead big tech companies (EY/ IBM/ Delloite/ Infosys)

I lead CORE Team of Technology and PMO in the service and development of disruptive solutions for cultural transformation and adoption of the hybrid model of work at Vale. We provide technology solutions for a more efficient company with work models that make the environment safer, more collaborative and more flexible. I couldhave achieved and implemented several solutions of global reach and vision of Technology for the future.We moved around 20k people to hybrid work model.
