Project Engineer supporting the PM for the design and delivery of a large security infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. This role included many client facing duties, leading and coordinating engineering and technician resources, construction support, site investigations, quality control and project reporting. Key Projects included:● Large Scale Security Infrastructure Project Lead Project EngineerCivil surveillance system across Abu Dhabi including the preliminary and detail design of utility infrastructure, managing design delivery, CAD management, site inspections, authority approvals, tender specifications and client liaison. ● Fog & Bad Weather Study Project EngineerTransport investigative study assessing safety implications of varies weather conditions throughout Abu Dhabi and advising appropriate mitigation responses based on international precedence and findings. Coordinated and authored technical reports and presentations with local authorities and client representatives.

Structural Engineer within the Highways and Structures Team assisting senior engineers/managers with technical support on a number of bridge design, assessments and inspection projects. Tasks included Concept, Preliminary and Detail Design of a number of girder and deck unit bridges, leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering and technical resources and commercial responsibility including fee proposals and bid management. Key projects included: ● Scenic Rim Flood Restorations Works Lead Bridge EngineerFlood restoration program across the Scenic Rim to restore damaged bridge structures as a result of the 2010-11 flooding across Queensland. This included managing and conducting bridge inspections and coordinating the resulting structural design of concrete and timber bridge structures.● Cornwall St Structural Assessment Lead Bridge EngineerCornwall St Bridge is a multi-cell, reinforced concrete, box girder that required structural analysis to assign a design rating and develop design solutions to maintain serviceability. ● Bridge Asset Management (BAM) – Structural EngineerStructural EngineerDetail structural assessments across a large variety of I-girder, Super-T, Composite and deck unit bridges. Working with a team of engineers assigning bridge ratings based on condition and level of spare capacity of bridge components. ● Trackstar Alliance – Richlands to Springfield Structural EngineerState Government joint venture to meet Queenslands rail infrastructure delivery requirements including fully integrated transport design across a multidisciplinary team of structural, highway, geotechnical and environmental engineers including the Detail Design of three prestressed concrete girder and deck unit bridges.● Gateway Upgrade South Structural EngineerWidening of existing transversely stressed, prestressed concrete deck unit bridges and design coordination.● Hamilton Road Upgrade (Seismic Design) – Structural Engineer
