Working since 2004 directly with IT, I had the opportunity to deploy, manage, and support multiple global customers with their network and voice environments within different products/solutions, being able to integrate and mostly transform on-premise solutions to cloud-based.As part of my work-life experience, I already delivered Contact Center Solutions, Call Control/Management from multiple vendors, such as Aspect, Altitude, Zoom, Microsoft, Cisco UC, etc.My work focus is aligned with a number of multiple technologies, mixing the knowledge depth between the design level, complexity of solutions, environment integrations, and all the relevant experience in the area (UC+UCaaS) - about 20 yearsNowadays, I am holding the role of Responsible Design/Voice Tower Lead for three major global customers.I have good commercial awareness, an understanding of the business/sector needs, and also being able to recognize growth and continuous improvement opportunities. I also technically innovate and understand outsourcing when needed.I am also constantly expanding and improving my experience with leadership/people management, focusing on strong communication skills and how to recognize and manage stakeholders and risks. I mentor individuals using my experience in understanding the flow when offering services/operations management as part of E2E processes, providing a real impact to be reflected in the delivered design and processes, from the transformation phases to the In-Life.
