In charge of improving business performance by process standardization, loss elimination, KPIs control and Quality and EHS Management within South America region.As the Quality Manager for the entire business in South America, I lead various aspects of implementing improvement opportunities across the Region, such as mapping business processes, defining and controlling KPIs and OKRs (through Power BI dashboards and scorecards), collecting and analyzing data, establishing and control of action plans to reach business targets.
