Simultaneously implemented scrum master role in multiple scrum teams for the last five years.• Performed detailed technical analysis as part of working with Product Managers to obtain their business requirements. Translated these business requirements into developer and tester requirements and user stories. This resulted in prompt delivery of functionality as soon as available. For example, a new PCI Compliance GUI was rolled out in approximately two months with follow-up updates every several weeks. This resulted in a large customer pipeline interest valued at millions in potential revenue.
