Annual budget of $44M with a staff of 225.• Migrated to ITIL based structure and process across the Service Management and Service Support operations.• Developed a converged data and voice network strategy and implementation program.• Migrated corporate WAN from self managed ATM technology to managed MPLS service.• Standard Desktop project delivered a 30% reduction in Total Cost of Ownership. Project involved upgrade of 25,000 PCs and brought 3000 applications to current releases of software.• Replaced Centrex ACD services with on-site ACDs for 7000 call centre agents distributed across six locations. Resulted in operational saving of $7.3M per year (15 month ROI on capital).• Migrated in-bound call center voice services to an alternate voice provider, resulting in $5.5M per year in operational saving (three month ROI on capital).• Migrated 8000 mobile engineers to Tablet PCs for communications and appliance diagnostics.
