Insightful. Decisive. Innovative. After a successful career in large companies I decided to become an entrepreneur by starting an Information Technology company. The company was sold as a strategic acquisition. That experience led me to realize that my passion is around enabling companies and people to be successful. I am a consultant specializing in building and operating successful companies and I enjoy mentoring executives.I was fortunate to work for IBM for nine years. I was able to develop management and personnel skills in a supportive, challenging environment. That formed the basis to pursue the startup. As the CEO it was clear that my people management skills and insight and decisiveness were critical to success. They have contributed to my success in a number of different environments. The Ingram Group was formed to pursue my passion of enabling people and companies to be successful. This has been achieved by working with a number of companies in the role of an investor, consultant and/or operator. There are consultants and there are consultants. High performing consultants are able to provide insight and decisiveness that leads to the successful solutions to critical problems. If you are committed to improving the performance of your company and /or people then take the next step and let's determine how this can be accomplished.
