I am a consultant specializing in building and operating successful companies and I enjoy mentoring executives.I was fortunate to work for IBM for nine years. I was able to develop management and personnel skills in a supportive, challenging environment. That formed the basis to pursue the startup. As the CEO it was clear that my people management skills and insight and decisiveness were critical to success.
