With an annual turnover of £21m, REL is the UK’s 3rd largest Field Marketing Agency.Responsibilities / Achievements:• Principally responsible for the design and implementation of a complete in-house data management process and BAU. Generated data management workflows, identified anddocumented processes for data receipt and tracking. Liaison between head office and marketing field management to ensure processes were adopted / followed. The above data was crucial to the ongoing success of the Sainsbury’s Account (£6.5m Marketing Division).• Planned and managed a monthly training workshop responsible for the merging of two data sets to ensure interoperability and data integrity before the data was sent to the client (Sainsbury’s Marketing Division).
