Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing service team, planning the use of materials, create and conduct training.Responsibilities• Interact with Executives to review performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas in need of program improvement.• Plan, organize, implement, and document Servicing processes required by the QMS.• Effectively manage technicians, preparing work schedules, assigning specific duties, and performing training.• Establish and implement servicing policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with Executives, Contractors, and staff as necessary.• Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service.• Make recommendations for facilities needs for Executives.• Determine staffing requirements for servicing. Identify and interview potential new employees. Recommend individuals for employment to Executive Management.• Manage vendors to ensure needed services are provided within budgetary limitations.• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
