Partnered with a line of business to gather requirements, select, and onboard a new device that empowered account managers to better engage clients; capabilities of the device allowed the account managers to close deals with less back and forth with the client resulting in growth for that line of business.Assisted in designing an automated process to build Configuration Manger distribution points; automation allowed for sizeable time savings, with a distribution point and approximately 500 GB of Configuration Manager content to be installed in roughly 18 hours; automation and network configuration allowed for 50 distribution points to be built per day which enabled the build and deployment to nearly 1000 retail locations in a month.Used a system-oriented approach to develop an ecosystem that supported the operation of 2 discrete banking systems during the merger of KeyBank (KB) and First Niagara (FN); FN’s end user systems were virtualized and hosted them on KB’s endpoints (approximately 5000 desktops or laptops) prior to the conversion weekend; during conversion weekend, the FN virtual environment was deactivated, staging the hardware ahead of conversion weekend and making the switch a simple software change, providing a substantial cost savings.

Led the technology development arm of desktop services through architecting, designing, engineering, and implementing new systems to modernize organization’s desktop management systems.
