For over 30 years, I have conducted a broad-spectrum transactional law practice focusing on the needs of small and mid-size businesses in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Through my technical competence and ability to help clients both define and achieve their goals, I have earned their loyalty and maintained many long term business relationships. I often serve as local counsel for national corporations and international firms, both on deal-specific matters and more general consultations. I am happy to collaborate with in-house counsel and other law firms to bring my experience and expertise to their clients. I am a Shareholder with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. and team leader for my firm’s Eatontown, New Jersey office, but I remain personally available to my clients to ensure their needs are met.

  As a Shareholder with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A. and a member of the Business Law Team in our Eatontown office, I offer my clients the competence of my firm’s 110+ lawyers to handle their business and personal legal affairs. Representation areas include business acquisitions, generational ownership transitions, member buyouts, sales of business assets and financing. My frank advice ensures that my clients understand all of their legal rights and responsibilities at the outset, and can make informed decisions before investing their hard-earned assets in a franchised business. • Medical practices–I have worked with physicians, physical therapists, pharmacists, psychologists and medical professionals to help them structure new practices or purchase existing practices while navigating the increasingly treacherous rules governing corporate practice, funding and reimbursement. • Technology companies–For years, Monmouth County has been the birthplace of “cutting edge” technology companies in communications, software design, military R&D, and more recently materials science, engineering and specialty manufacturing. My own avocational interests in scientific and technological developments give me a deeper understanding of the technical aspects of a client’s business to more effectively represent the full spectrum of the client’s legal needs.
