I did programming for CNC Laser Cutters and Hi-Def Plasma Cutters. I drew up developments (cones, square-to-rounds, trays etc) to get Lasercut and Bent/Rolled as per Customer's requirements.I managed the drawing office staff, and organised the job cards out to the various draughtsmen to be programmed for the workshop.I did the nestings for the Lasercutters and Plasma Cutters on Sigmanest, and did all the drawings/developments on AutoCAD.Plasmacut specializes in all grades of Stainless Steel.

I also created the Production Manuals for each product, which was used by the staff on how to build/manufacture each of Clearline's products.I worked my way up in the Research and Development Department, creating Bill of Materials for new products, as well as creating new part numbers for new items that was used in each product manufactured.I started designing PCB's and eventually taking on tasks to create a whole new product from scratch.
