After being invited to join the firm, I effectively utilise my skills to provide clients with technical and research support to shape, maximise and prioritise property their portfolio and programme development potential. This involves identifying, planning, and evaluating potential investments. My project management skills and technical capability enables me to manage development projects and programmes for clients focussing on increasing revenue and maximising return on investment at pace, leading professional consultant teams.In addition to my Assistant Project Management role, I also develop and maintain property development databases. These databases play a crucial role in executive decision making for property management strategies and investment appraisals.

RGP invited me to join their team in January 2017 following a period of temporary work prior to the end of 2016.As a Research Technician, I have been given the opportunity to work alongside colleagues in order to offer advice to clients on highway and transportation matters as well as on exciting new projects that have great potential.RGP focus on providing specialist transport planning advice, often producing documents such as transport assessments, transport statements, feasibility studies & travel plans. RGP also have the resources to produce flood risk assessments and road safety audits, as well as the ability to aid in highway design matters.My research and development skills have been used to confront project specific issues as well as to help in some areas of the companies general workflow. Furthermore, I have had the opportunity to work on different and exclusive company concepts with a goal to turn them in sustainable and profitable realities.
