Currently a partner at Davison, Eastman, Muñoz, Paone, P.A., my work focuses on mediation/ arbitration, business law and litigation, tax and estate planning, and bankruptcy. I am also a certified mediator for the NJ Superior and Federal District Courts, which allows me to assist and mentor future Superior Court mediators.Over the course my career, I have successfully mediated over 100 cases.I joined DEMLP in January 2018 coming from Widman, Cooney, Wilson, McGann & Fitterer where I was Managing Partner. There, I advised on estate planning, litigated professional and fiduciary liability issues, employment/discrimination and general liability matters, among others. I was also corporate counsel to several non-profit health, social services and educational institutions.I graduated cum laude from Syracuse University’s College of Arts & Sciences (The Maxwell School), and received my Doctor of Jurisprudence from Syracuse University College of Law in 1973, where I was Editor of the International Law Review. Following a clerkship with New Jersey State Superior Court (Monmouth County), I was appointed Deputy Attorney General of New Jersey with the Division of Criminal Justice, where I represented the State in criminal and civil actions brought by State agencies involving organized crime, political corruption and drug diversions.I am admitted to practice in New Jersey and Federal District Courts, New York and the U.S. Supreme Court.
