I am passionate about project management and enjoy seeing projects come together through multi-faceted communication. I have over 20 plus years of experience in the elections industry and over 7 years experience in project management. On a day to day basis, I perform a number of tasks that are essential in maintaining productive and beneficial relationships between my clients and ES&S. Some of these tasks include the basics like customer service, customer support and post-customer sales support. Additionally, I initiate new projects by facilitating discussion in meetings. This process often involves overseeing contracts, ensuring the accuracy of orders, and collaborating with partner vendors. One significant part of my job is to help educate clients and potential clients regarding the use of the equipment. This includes hardware and software training on the equipment as well as refresher trainings for new and existing clients. Additionally, I lead a team of around 20 contractors that perform logistics and accuracy testing on the equipment and also provide election day support. My favorite aspect of being a project/account manager is building relationships with clients and other professionals in the field. I enjoy working with a variety of people and learning something new each day.
