I am passionate about making businesses stronger in any manner possible. To that end, I have led sales, long-term strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, process improvement, and financial planning & analysis. I've never found boundaries to be conducive to creating shareholder value. I have experience building, aligning, growing, and leading teams--in multiple disciplines--from 1 to 15 people. My leadership principles are simple: 1) put the customer first, 2) focusing on winning by focusing on individual and team growth, 3) treat everyone with dignity and respect, and 4) be 100% accountable for the mission and results.Although I do not enjoy selling me or attracting attention, I do enjoy creatively selling my companies through speaking engagements. To that end, I have chaired, moderated, and spoken at over 50 industry conferences and have leveraged the wisdom of such luminaries as Snoop Dogg and Ross Machon (my dog). I think outside the box. I authored the business plans and/or acquisition initiatives that led to corporate strategic interests in 1) wind energy and 2) renewable fuels months and/or years before hitting the ground. My wife and I are passionate that practical spiritual principles lead to personal growth, healthy relationships, and robust finances. That's the crux of my wife's company, Machon Method (Machonmethod.com). I am fascinated by the real estate and financial markets. I am a licensed real estate agent in California, and I trade both stocks and options. During the pandemic, I monetized teaching and mentoring people on how to setup and read charts, manage risk, and understand various trading strategies and indicators.
