As a local manager responsible for one small part of the process -- helping people with employment-related issues -- I seek to provide tools and training that build confidence and lead to an effective job-search outcome. In addition to working directly with job-seekers, our remarkable little staff trains volunteers in 6 states and 2 Canadian provinces who in turn assist more job-seekers.
