Architectural Resource Team (ART), a downtown Phoenix studio, has recently completed the transition of ownership to the next generation of principals and leaders. Pat and Louise Rehse founded the firm 26 years ago and over the past couple of years have strategically planned this transformation to be seamless for our clients and team. We are pleased to announce the three new partners and principals of ART, Doug McCord, Dev Pawar and Erica Quintana. These new leaders have worked and collaborated together for a number of years at ART. Their mission is to build upon ART’s strong foundation and expand the legacy of community service and sustainable design in this next exciting chapter of the firm.

Part time professor of architecture assigned to Freshman - Junior level courses. Responsible for collaborative development of curriculum and review of student projects.

Member of the founding Board of Directors for the Phoenix Green Chamber of Commerce that is developing plans for a national presence. Instrumental in the development of the "Standards for Sustainable Business" currently in Beta-Testing. The standards are a compilation of best practices for conducting business that aim to provide education, provide metrics and serve as a threshold for membership in the Green Chamber.

Led collaborative teams of both internal and external stakeholders through initial strategy and development of projects for global clients. Involved with leveraging sustainability through capitalization phases and providing ROI analysis for sustainable strategies. Lead the creation of the Sustainability Operations Manual for the firm that won a prestigious award for sustainability initiatives. Instigated company-wide implementation of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). Responsible for representing and communicating the sustainability mission to external groups as well as overseeing internal sustainability culture.
