Provided direct support to InVisM Inc. of Denver, CO, in developing operational art [Division and Brigade Operations Orders for campaign specific regions and associated operations overlays of all kinds] as well as training and education documentation for the US Army Intelligence Center of Excellence and Fort Huachuca [ICoE&FH]. This effort created a serious game-based trainer to train officers and noncommissioned officers in development of Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance [ISR] plan products. I coordinated with the school instructional teams to ensure curriculum learning objectives and outcomes meshed with trainer operational art and assets. The assets enabled in the trainer are Geospatial Intelligence [GEOINT], Signals Intelligence [SIGINT] and Human Intelligence [HUMINT] capabilities.

Responsible for day-to-day management of 5 x multi-year contracts for GLS supporting United States Army Intelligence and Security Command providing Category 2 [Secret Clearance] and Category 3 [Top Secret] Linguists for military and civilian elements across the Middle East. Worked business development with INSCOM and other CENTCOM/EUCOM customers. Program support covered full gamut of personnel management, travel, other direct cost, finance and programmatic accounting, security clearance processing. While managing these multi-dimensional contracts was awarded 4 x consecutive 100% Outstanding Award Fees from our customers.

Managed multiple programs in America, Africa and Middle East worth +$200m. Briefed highest levels at DoS and regional embassies. Developed and executed multiple leader and unit training/education, logistical, and infrastructure contracts supporting United States interests in Liberia, Kenya, Uganda, Sudan, and Ethiopia. Conducted Operation MANGO RAMP, a Department of State [DoS] contract with the Africa Union Mission in Somalia [AMISOM] worth $208m.
