With a long-time background in the Management at the Director Level that spans the hospitality industry, customer service industry, real estate, dance instructor and non profit. Doug McHugh has been an active member of his community for 20+ years and knows the Cape intimately. He has taught ballroom dance alongside his wife for over 20 years and was a stay-at-home Dad for the almost 8 years before returning back to full-time management work - so he has in-depth knowledge of the many Cape Cod communities, the hidden gems and the people who live and work on the Cape, he enjoys spending time on the water and relaxing on Sandy Neck beach with family and friends. He has lived in four different states in his life. He is skilled in people retainment, development, and motivation.
