Founded Crosstown.Digital focused on Oracle ERP, Siebel CRM & Salesforce Cloud as well as the infrastructure supporting on premise architectures. Developed a team of Architects, Developers and BAs, as well as, the process to support of our key customers that included L3Harris, PTC, Summit Partners, etc.

Returning for another tour with Extraprise, I was fortunate to lead a number of engagements as well as defining & managing many of the processes in Extraprise Support & Development Center (SOS). After my time being heads down in code at 170 Systems, I moved onto larger more strategic projects that you typically find at the Big Four. I operated as application lead and offshore development liaison for Oracle in the Healthcare Industry.Responsible for• Developing multiple analytical models in OBIEE to support Healthcare Organizations• Facilitating JAD sessions with the project stakeholders to ultimately design / build solution solution in Siebel• Managed 50+ offshore development resources for any given assignment

Looking to refocus on more technical challenges, I moved on to 170 Systems where I worked primarily on custom solutions that involved the development of tools in Java & PL/SQL which worked with Oracle ERP. Engaged with various customers either implementing custom OCR solution or enhancing MarkView Platform for customers specific needs.Examples of some of the projects we did:• Implemented 170 MarkView AP & AR Business Modules for Oracle Apps as well as customized Oracle forms on Windows, HP-UX, Linux, & AIX• Implemented 170 MarkView on Citrix with custom web viewer• Developed upgrade scripts in PL/SQL that updated metadata with latest 170 technology stack which was then incorporated into the 170 Systems Image Installers

Initially hired by Extraprise after the breakup of Andersen for my background integrating Siebel/Oracle with wireless devices. This time in my career I was balancing development with both infrastructure and applications. Some project highlights are as follows:• Constructed various interfaces with Siebel, AS400 & RIM using Antenna Software & MQ Series• ActiveX development which embeds mainframe based apps in Siebel to increase call center agent productivity• Developed Email Response functionality for Siebel Product Development Team

My time was split between the High-Tech & Customer Channel Solutions at Andersen due to my background with custom development and my experience in developing CRM solution with Onyx. I was primarily involved with the deeper technical development, integration & data aspects of projects I was assigned to. Some of those projects were:• Siebel implementation for operations group to support Stem Cell Research and Umbilical Cord Storage Process• Siebel / Oracle / ClickSoftware / Webmethods implementation with wireless capabilities• Fully virtualized Siebel implementation that integrated directly to AS400 bypassing Siebel's Application layer

As part of the OOAD (Object Oriented Architecture & Design) Team right out of college, I was very lucky to work on some of the more bleeding edge technologies with companies such as Amazon.com, DoubleClick, Onyx, Thompson Reuters, Attunity & Ziff Davis.
