I have over 20 years of experience leading people, teams, operations and businesses with a passionate focus on innovation, operational excellence and people relationships. I also bring 10+ years budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience, with 7 years of direct P&L responsibility where I exceeded our 20% Net Income profit targets. When I arrived at my previous employer the average tenure was <6 months. After installing these principles, my employee retention skyrocketed and 50% of my staff had been with my company for 10+ years. I am a born problem solver who gets creative! I have leveraged technology to streamline processes and create transparency within operations. I have created an iAuditor based inspection and tracking system customized to the specific needs of each operation that create traceability and transparency. I have also created new process improvements to document internal quality issues, account for MRB movements and associated action items. When I lost my entire QC staff to RIF in June 2022, I built a sample intake system that serves as data for a database that tracks analysis results by batch and creates sample labels with unique IDs for improved traceability. In addition to my operational duties, I was the primary consultant where I routinely reported complex information to c-suite, and winery owners to help them make the best decisions for their organization.
