.I am responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and development of new Verint Desktop Process Analytics use cases.

I lead complex portfolio initiatives in close partnership with R&D, marketing, and sales organizations to build products and solutions that deliver value to customers. As an Analytic Translator, I leverage Analytic and AI knowledge with business domain expertise to accelerate results.

As part of the Complaints Data Analytics and Reporting (CDAR) team - I function as an analytic translator - combining data science, relationship management, business domain expertise, and creativity to solve complex business problems.

I led the marketing efforts of a 14 year old company who recently received venture funding to rebrand, relaunch, and dominate. My focus was generating inbound demand, converting that demand into revenue, and building a loyal client base that passionately refers our company to others.I used video, podcasting, copywriting, and partnership development to drive inbound leads and prospects for the company and ultimately led the sales, product development and customer service departments.

(Sold company July 2010) - Created virtual agency that delivered comprehensive web strategy and multimedia marketing services to small and mid-sized companies.

At Dispatching Solutions I began utilizing social and multimedia tools. I wrote articles for trade publications and online magazines, created multimedia demonstrations and product campaigns, and started a blog focused on the GPS tracking and transportation industry.Revenues grew by 8x during my tenure. Halfway through my time there, I moved to Iowa where I managed the company's business

Drove from business plan to launch to acquisition in this small technology startup. Sold to CNET.

My responsibilities included managing the data and telecommunications services for a group of 135 small and medium sized companies. I grew my territory by exposing hidden opportunities for my clients to work together. This was my first "virtual office" experience where I leveraged technology to communicate with very low costs.

My responsibilities included outbound sales and territory development to large enterprises, distributors, and manufacturers. Here I learned how the disciplined use of systems to capture customer data could drive increased sales and give me an edge over the competition.
