It was a terrific way to be introduced first hand to the current operating system environments and see what the future may hold. I worked as the night auditor / night manager overseeing the 3rd shift team and completing the daily revenue postings and transactional business close. It was a lot of fun rekindling many happy memories from The Drake Hotel, Chicago and being a part of the leadership team to guide the Charlotte Hilton to new heights. The Charlotte Hilton Center City has a terrific team! I thank Morgan and his entire crew and wish them all the very best! When the Coronavirus hit in late March, the hotel closed and laid everyone off.
