As the National Market Leader for Flood Risk Reduction and Resilience at Mead & Hunt, I lead the business development and marketing efforts of our One Water team to achieve sustainable, growing, and profitable business units engaged in flood risk reduction and stormwater management projects across the U.S. With 26 years of experience in the field - on both the business development and project delivery components of successful consulting practices, I help Mead & Hunt identify, develop, and secure business opportunities by continuing - and expanding on - existing client relationships; contributing to relevant business units’ and the firm’s business and strategic planning efforts; participating with project teams at key milestones; and maintaining client relationships for program and project success. My technical experience also includes a strong expertise in water resources management, regulatory compliance, infrastructure resilience, floodplain management, and public engagement.
