My passion is using architectural disciplines to construct IT solutions that deliver business value. Inspired by the constantly changing nature of technology and how quickly new ideas are adapted into life enhancing solutions, I take a positive and quality focussed approach to my profession. With an ability to learn new technical skills quickly and analyse complex information, I relish the opportunity to provide solutions that deliver business benefit. I understand the importance of maintaining a big picture view, whilst applying a detailed and methodical approach to issues. My pragmatic approach to IT solutions is to examine the wider business context that they operate in, particularly the people, processes, information and technology involved in delivering and operating that solution, as opposed to focusing on the technology elements alone.I am TOGAF 8 certified.Specialties: Enterpise architecture, information and data architecture, solution design, service-oriented architecture, solution architecture, TOGAF, SID, eTOM, telecommunications billing (convergent billing, real-time billing), mediation, requirements analysis, data modelling, process improvement, mobile networks, fixed networks, next generation networks, Singl.eView, Inter-mediatE, CRM-Billing integration.
