Endevor Administrator / Developer – Change Management DepartmentI was responsible for the development and production environments defined by the Software Configuration Management tool CA-Endevor on seven separate mainframes. I designed, implemented, and maintained architectures that supported the various Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), by legacy LPAR, in accordance to release management, change management, security, and audit requirements.I performed many version upgrades of Endevor without outages or disruption service to the developers. I utilized best practice when maintaining the product, processors, reports, etc. related to the Endevor tool, thus reducing maintenance and issues. Many of my positions over the years have had me working with both internal and external auditors. In this role, I utilized Endevor reporting tools to report on many aspects related to change and security to verify the product wasproperly protecting audit standards and that changes were following ServiceNow change tickets.I continued to use application development skill as an Endevor Administrator, utilizing Cobol, Easytrieve, IBM utilities, etc. and the Endevor processors. I also posses many system programmer skills needed to support Endevor, debugging compile issues, resolving DB2 bind issues, file maintenance issues, etc., producing a well rounded tool belt.

Anthem function outsourced to IBM.I joined IBM as part of a large outsourcing agreement between Anthem and IBM. While at IBM, continued to provide support for the Anthem account and Endevor. I was recruited to trained for ChangeMan administration and, as a result, supported ChangeMan administration and completed a a couple of release upgrades. These upgrades had failed prior to me, due to the complexity of the product's customizations. In addition to both Endevor and ChangeMan, I supported Change Management policies and practices for the Anthem account.
