Worked with a team of five to fundraise for the $6.5M operating budget performing arts center, The Broad Stage.Responsibilities included:-Cultivating, stewarding, and soliciting a portfolio of donors up to $2,500.-Strategizing and executing annual fund campaigns utilizing highly segmented, personalized appeals. Highlights include EOCY for FY21 "Drive to Go Live", raising 6x total of previous two EOCY campaigns, tripling goal.-Leading department prospecting efforts utilizing donor research software including WealthEngine and iWave, identifying patrons with major gift capacity, providing detailed analysis, and advising on angles of approach.-Patron Manager CRM database certified admin, providing all department reports, dashboards, campaign structures and metrics.-Responsible for all development department data--created SOP manuals for gift entry, giftacknowledgment/tax receipts, deceased patrons, comp/hold policies, etc.-Database achievements: Automated member benefits, 10-tier database segmentation groups, email alerts upon portfolio donation, auto-deployed reports, custom donation roll-up fields, auto “Donation Thank You” emails to donor, etc.-Member of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion 'Core Team', advocating for and enacting anti-racist policy across all aspects of the organization

-Called lapsed and up-for-renewal donors at end of FY18/19 and marketed upgrades and renewals that resulted in 17 upgraded members, 164 renewals and over $30,000 in income.-Wrote content for personalized donor stewardship letters for $10,000+ donors.-Identified new prospects attending each performance for cultivation.-Executed all membership acknowledgement & issuing tax receipts.
