He founded and served as Artistic Director for Drive Theatre Company, which produced and developed new plays and adaptations for five years. A few of the many playwrights he developed new work with included Steve Yockey (HBO’s “The Flight Attendant”), June Carryl, Howard Ho, and Amy Tofte. He was the winner of the Kennedy Center’s ACTF Directing Fellowship, a finalist for the O’Neill’s National Directors Fellowship, and a StageRaw nominee for his fight choreography on Tearrance Arvelle Chisholm’s Br’er Cotton. He also spent 10 seasons producing Directors Lab West at Pasadena Playhouse and a year and a half teaching combat and movement for actors at New York Film Academy.He's the lucky husband of Courtney, and proud father of Renley and Isla.
