Responsible for managing Franklin University’s relationships with Community and Technical College partners with the goal of promoting and growing the Community College Alliance Program. Also responsible for managing communications with key college representatives while developing strategies to improve communications, generate and capture qualified leads, and maximize university exposure to uncover potential growth opportunities.

Transfer Admissions OfficerCoordinates activities designed to generate qualified leads and applications, completes admission process per University policies, communicates benefits, advantages and policies of the University, and ultimately generates new student enrollments. Interacts with University personnel, staff, faculty and students to learn about new programs and/or services, discuss emerging recruitment needs and identify recruitment new opportunities. Works with institutional data to track, monitor, and achieve recruitment and enrollment goals and objectives. Attends off-campus visits and events and construct recruitment communication (i.e. letters, phone, email) to fulfill recruitment and enrollment goals and objectives. Participates in campus visit programs and events, including extended office hours. Speaks with prospective, applied, and admitted students, including families and/or groups through appointments/programs. Effectively communicates admission policies, procedures, and enrollment opportunities/information. Represents the University at college nights and other programs throughout the year.

Frequent travel required. Conduct stringent follow-up to qualified applicants through frequent written and phone contact.
