Created and managed Whistler Resort's original event marketing agency. Developed a team of sponsorship experts, marketers, creatives, media relations personnel, event producers and television production teams.

Founder and producer of North America's largest winter sports/arts/music festival. Directed it through exponential growth in revenues, earned media, marketing reach and attendance spanning a decade. The Festival is credited with a collective economic impact of $400+ million. Property was acquired in full by Whistler Blackcomb and Tourism Whistler in 2006.

Chaired executive board, responsible for finance, growth and long-range steering of the property.

Created, produced and marketed Canada's largest professional freeskiing competition. Later evolved into the AFP World Championships. "The mother of all freeskiing events" - Freeskier Magazine

Created, produced and marketed Canada's largest free outdoor concert series. Over 250 artists have graced the stage including The Black Eyed Peas, Justin Timberlake, Nickelback (sorry), Michael Franti and more.

Created, produced and marketed Canada's largest professional snowboarding competition. Credited with its groundbreaking 'open design' whereby the athletes designed all aspects of the event.

Created, produced and marketed this event as a search for the next generation of emerging filmmakers. Sold out every year since inception.

Responsible for all aspects of producing 23 hours of broadcast television about the World Ski & Snowboard Festival and the World Snowboarding Championships. Directed all aspects of field production, music licensing, talent, writing, and post production. Brokered multi-year syndication in 122 countries.

Co-founded, produced and marketed the largest live action-sport photography event in the world featuring the most renowned action photographers. Televised globally from 2002-2006. Developed it from a modest analog production into a 10-screen live digital mega-production. Sold out every year since inception.

Took over transitional management of Crankworx Mountain Bike Festival in the form of a business incubator with the World Ski & Snowboard Festival, sharing leadership resources and providing efficiencies in the areas of sponsorship/marketing/management.

Produced the 2000 World Snowboarding Championship in Whistler BC. Featured Big Air, Slopestyle, Superpipe, and the largest prize purse in snowboarding history (at the time), $250,000USD. Televised on USA Network and European/Asian syndicates.
