As a customer service agent for Frontier Airlines I worked on the ramp loading baggage and freight into the planes. I also worked in "load planning" which determined how the planes should be loaded given the number of passengers, their baggage and scheduled freight, the airplanes configuration and capabilities and whatever weather restrictions might come into play. I also sold tickets, worked "lost and found", worked in the control tower and drove "people movers" to remote boarding/disembarking areas.For a period of time I worked in both the airline and office supply industries while I was establishing myself in the latter.
