• Wrote the companies complete data management system which interfaces 10 stores together through an online based secure system utilizing internet technologies. This system includes Point-Of-sale, order invoicing, customer management, inventory management, monies management, employee management, employee proficiency tracking, sales commissions, payroll, extensive financial and statistical reporting and much more. This system is in place and being utilized with more features added everyday saving the company a tremendous amount of time, effort, manpower and money in running the business.• Responsible for all company data.• Support all of the company’s database systems including backup and security.

• Interfaced directly with the CFO, CIO, VP of Logistics, Directors, Managers, Supervisors and General Users on hundreds of system projects, i.e. system design, system problem resolution, coding and implementation of new business opportunities. This required excellent communication skills and analytical abilities to determine the actual needs for the project requested.• Interfaced directly with third party hardware system / software system vendors for problem resolution, upgrading and interfacing. I communicated constantly with Manhattan Assoc. and Rapistan to resolve problems and build new project specifications. I also communicated with RedKnife (EDI Processing), DELL and many other 3rd party vendors on numerous projects.• Developed systems to reduce task time for every department by reducing the time it took to perform the many different jobs in all departments. This resulted in a net savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars per year.
