The buying, selling and investing in real estate. My former career prompted me to move several times in a few different cities. I had both good and bad experiences when buying or selling a home. I decided I wanted to offer exceptional service to people who are making decisions with one of their most expensive investments in their portfolio. I did not want them to be left with “chance,” so I aligned myself with the #1 Real Estate company in North America. I study the market daily, view homes when they come on the market, follow the overwhelming statistics of days on the market, List price, sales price, Sales price to list prices and trends over the last 30/60/90/120 days out to 10 years to help my clients make the best informed decisions. Since 2002 I have helped 100’s of people with their real estate needs with over $200 Million of closed transactions. My philosophy is simple: Clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping you fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process.
