Leading an incredibly talented and diverse team to deliver next gen digital marketing insights that strengthen our connections to consumers

Designing and implementing analytical solutions to supply chain and manufacturing business questions.

Lead a team of seven managers and analysts to drive data-centric solutions for both our salesforce and operating companies. Current projects include modeling consumer behavior using point-of-sale transaction data, advanced out-of-stock algorithms based on retail inflow/outflow and AI-generated outputs on image recognition projects.

Oversaw and deployed analytical models and tools to over 200 users in our sales force that call on retail chain accounts. In this role, I collaborated with database owners and development resources to deploy enhancements that generate capacity and enhanced analytical capabilities for end users.

Served as one of four members in Altria Group Distribution Company to pilot a new role for account-specific analysts aligned to our top trade partners. Collaborated with other pilot analysts to steward new analytical methods on isolating complex, market-level opportunities with accounts.

Served as the primary analyst for 30 top retail accounts in our Northeast Region. In this role, I performed in-depth market segmentations to shape business tactics employed by our teams calling on larger chains. During this time, I explored the use of Tableau as a viable tool to visualize business performance and opportunities across our national accounts. This initial test was eventually adopted as a larger national infrastructure project to deliver new metrics and visualizations to our account teams in the sales force.

In this role, I led several organization-focused projects and managed a team of 5 Territory Sales Managers across piedmont Virginia. I served as a co-lead for the internship program for the mid-Atlantic section. In this role, I coordinated and managed training activities for 12 sales interns and their mentors. For 4 months, I was responsible for the development and performance management of 5 Territory Sales Managers, two of which were new hires. During this same time, I led the recruitment process to fill three vacancies for sales positions, all the way from initial job postings to placement decisions.

Built business partnerships across 120 retail accounts to best position Altria OpCo brands in retail environments for consumers. Through strong execution of our programs, I achieved two years of consecutive share growth of our smokeable products despite a tough competitive promotional environment. During this same time, I enhanced merchandising platforms for our Copenhagen, Skoal and Black & Mild brands that drove sequential volume growth of over 8%.

Completed an internship with Altria Group Distribution Company's sales team. Managed a territory of 80 retail locations where I learned how to execute marketing and promotional initiatives to grow the business of our brands.
