Having owned the business for 3 years, I stepped into a role as the Sales and Marketing Manager for a short stint to fill a gap. During this time, we built out, and moved into, a new showroom and identified and fixed internal sales processes.

In 2014, I transitioned from my role from Congregational Life Pastor to Campus Pastor for Triumph’s West Campus. The Campus Pastor’s main areas of oversight include: Campus Leadership, Preaching and Teaching the Word of God, Disciple Making, Shepherding/Care of the congregants, and Outreach into our community.

Triumph Lutheran Brethren Church

Called by Triumph Lutheran Brethren Church to serve Triumph's West Fargo Campus focusing on connecting people to 1) church body life, 2) discipleship opportunities, and 3) opportunities to use their God-given talents and abilities to serve the Lord.

Planned and organized the weekly Wednesday night youth ministry program at Triumph. Met with various students throughout the week in one-on-one and small group settings for Spiritual growth and encouragement.

Coordinate public and internal communication along with marketing efforts for both Moorhead Public Service (the utility) and GoMoorhead.com (the utility's Internet Service). Managed utility communication efforts during the 2009 flood of the Red River of the North. Completed and maintained the utility's strategic plan.

Managed the Internet Division of Go Radio Broadcasting in Fargo, ND. This included the oversight and management of staff, sales of Internet products and services, management of ad space inventory, and creation of websites, graphics, and advertisements.
