Redesigned the real estate function's business model to achieve a 35% reduction in headcount and structural costs, while dramatically improving performance. Generated over $2 billion in structural cost reductions, tax savings and asset sales for the corporation.

Managed the state's business development, innovation, tourism and community development programs with a 250 member staff and $200 million budget. Founded and privatized this autonomous public-private authority from state government.
