    After getting an incredible education at The Richards Group, I founded my own creative firm.R&D Thinktank was a terrific boutique that had 16 or so wonderfully creative people, regardless of their disciplines. My favorite logo ever was created for the company.Here's what I did there.Co-founded and fostered a fun, creative workplace culture that all employees embraced and took responsibility for growing and maintaining, with $9M in capitalized billing and staff of 16 professionals. My favorite project at R&D Thinktank?It was for Dallas non-profit Big Thought, whose mission statement is "Making imagination part of everyday learning." Hand-selected by The Wallace Foundation NYC to develop systematic programs for arts classes that could be implemented in public schools across the nation. R&D won pitch to create scalable advertising test campaign for the nation's First Tier markets. The campaign targeted students' parents, school administrators, philanthropists and ultimately city and state governments. The goal was to accelerate social and legislative changes to bring the cultural arts (music, dance, theater, art) back into the core curriculum of states' elementary schools.
