Within XpresSpa Group, created and launched an omni-channel, lifestyle healthcare company, TREAT in 2021, fueling an emerging sub-segment “travel, health and wellness” and earning the 2021 Retail Design Institute’s International Store of the Year. • Business Transformation: Led the integration of 3 Starbucks business units into a single, highly profitable billion dollar US organization.
