Senior Manufacturing Operations Process Engineering Manager- Managed up to (36) Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Computer Science and Electrical engineers for the process and sustaining engineering support from new product introduction through sustaining and phase-out. • Consolidated the manufacturing footprint from seven manufacturing sites to one site utilizing lean manufacturing techniques. • Led new product introductions from multiple product lines into manufacturing.• Utilized Kaizen’s and the Value Analysis/Value Engineering processes to drive continuous improvement.• Lead management interface with offshore production organizations in China and Japan. ISO 9001 certification Program Manager-Successfully drove the assessment, development, implementation and certification of an ISO 9001 compliant Quality System for Tektronix manufacturing. • Awarded the KEMA (Dutch certification agency) Quality Excellence Award for passing ISO 9001 criteria with a superior compliance rating.
