I want to get up every morning and be excited to chase the carrot that makes a company profitable, while being part of a dynamic team that is motivated by an inspiring leader. Are you hiring for my next job?I remember as a kid, my Dad going to an office every day and coming home at night tired, worn down and not much left in the tank. I didn't know what he actually did until years later, but he worked his @$$ off for my Mom and little brother. He had a job. He was never rich (financially), but he was always there to provide for us, including managing our baseball teams, driving us to the local (an hour away) BMX track on Friday nights and even found time to take us on vacations every year. We had "supper" on the table every night and we always ate together. How did he ever find time for himself and be a loving husband too? I have no idea how he did it all, but Mom and Dad were married for over 40 years, until cancer took Mom home to Heaven. My Dad gave us a great life, because he did his job well. Personally and professionally. I am blessed to have the life I have today and I owe it all to him. Great work ethics were instilled in me as a child.Webster defines a "job" in many ways, but the simplest definition is "to carry on public business for private gain". Basically - Do the ethical task at hand and get paid for a job well done. Now the boring stuff about me - Years of successful experience in the retail and education industry including, outside sales, customer service, buyer, operations, store support, development training, management, team leadership, and business development. I have worn a lot of hats.Proven track record in training program management, business process and sales training for large and small groups, group facilitation, development of employees and train-the-trainer. I love helping a team grow their sales.I have an extensive background that will provide value and diversity to any team, while increasing sales, profit, productivity and the overall customer experience. The customer always comes first, no matter what the business is. A happy customer is always the goal to grow the company's bottom line.My Dad worked one job for most of his life, which gave him one skillset. Not a bad thing, but he use to give me a hard time if I changed jobs. I use to tell him that it was building my skillset for life.
