As Chief Operating Officer I provide management, leadership and vision to ensure the organization meets its short-term and long-term objectives. Working with our brokerage team we identify sites and pick the most appropriate one. From there I insure this site can be developed to meet our client's needs which could include, environmental surveys, site plans, wetland mitigation, tree surveys, rezoning, traffic studies, geotechnical studies, entitlements and other due diligence requirements. As this process progresses I work with our Director of Development Services to insure a seamless handover to complete the project to exceed our client's expectations.Until January 2022 I worked as Regional Director for Medxcel with responsibilities for Real Estate at Ascension Florida and Gulf Coast that expands from NE Florida and SE Georgia to the Florida panhandle and Mobile AL. This includes leasing as both a landlord and tenant as well as property acquisitions and dispositions. The current MOB and clinical office portfolio includes 2.7M SF made up of 188 properties and 604 suites. This continued my role with Ascension where I started in December 2018 as Real Estate Portfolio Manager for Ascension St. Vincent's in NE Florida and SE Georgia.From March 2011 until August 2018 I worked as both Senior Director of Real Estate for Baker Distributing Company and Broker of Baker Realty LLC. In this role I managed both real estate management decisions for approximately 240 branch locations in 22 states. With 50 coming up for renewal each year I used the renewal opportunity to remodel or improve the existing locations. In 2003 I got involved in Real Estate and received my Broker's License in 2005. I developed a real estate office from two agents to thirty agents and oversaw the expansion into a new office in 2006. This expansion included the addition of a property management division specializing in Home Owner Association Management.
