Doug is the Assistant Executive Director at Light of Life Rescue Mission, a non-profit organization that serves men, women, and children experiencing homelessness in Pittsburgh, PA. With over thirteen years of experience at Light of Life, he oversees the operations, programs, and staff of the mission, and ensures alignment with its vision, values, and goals. He is passionate about providing food, shelter, recovery, education, and the hope of Christ to those in need.Doug is also the founder and president of L3 Leadership, a company that connects and develops leaders through training, events, mastermind groups, membership, and a one-day leadership conference. He holds three leadership certifications from prestigious institutions, and has a proven track record of leading innovation, social networking, and marketing communications in the non-profit sector. He is also the host of the L3 Leadership podcast, where he interviews world-class leaders and shares valuable insights and lessons. Doug loves family, personal growth, travel, working out, and serving others. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Laura.
