Responsible for the creation, set up and delivery of Tiffin Venue Management Ltd which operates Tiffin Stadium Catering Ltd, Headley Venue Management Ltd and two more fantastic venues to come in 2024.Tiffin Stadium Catering provides exclusive catering services at Bradford City AFC's 24,500 seater stadium. We deliver onsite kiosk retail provision through to banqueting and events. I have been responsible for initial commercials to full project management including build, design, equipment sourcing and contracting, product sourcing and development, recruitment, systems and processes, supplier set up, orders and continual improvement. Building relationships with international suppliers such as Flexiserve, Welbilt and Roll Over, Ellis and more.Headley Venue Management owns and operates the Headley Venue and Golf Club in Thornton. A beautiful elegant wedding and events venue set in the rolling hills of Yorkshire. With the ability to deliver a whole host of event types from corporate to weddings the Headley is a one stop shop for you event needs. Our on site team love to delight every guest that comes in and we host many events throughout the year for the public to attend.I have full responsibility managing the day to day across the group, its managers and staff as well as the overarching growth and sustainability of each individual business.
