My focus is on the origination and structuring of multifamily, affordable and seniors housing loans throughout the nation. I specialize in financing on behalf of FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac while also utilizing proprietary capital and external relationships to help clients achieve the best execution for their personal strategy. Over the past 6+ years with PGIM Real Estate I have facilitated construction/rehabilitation, refinance and acquisition transactions throughout the country. I grew up in Milwaukee, WI and received my Bachelor's in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After moving to Boston, MA in 2021, I now work primarily with clients located in the Midwest and Northeast regions.
