I am an international Executive IT Leader with a world class track record for influencing, inspiring and leading people to deliver complex high profile change programmes globally across multi-national blue chip companies such as Shell, Barclays and Total.After 30 years in the Oil & Gas industry I recently transitioned from a senior global leadership role with Shell to pursue new and exciting consulting, advisory and mentoring assignments. My experience is both broad and deep. I recently developed Shell's IT Strategic Roadmap to 2025, defined a new vision for ERP platforms, renegotiated a ground breaking multi million dollar global SAP contract, and in 2008-2011 negotiated and then implemented the world's largest IT outsourcing arrangement at that time (circa $4 billion). Spending time as Head of IT Audit for Shell and Barclays helped me to bring effective risk management principles to complex IT change programmes and also allowed me to share my IT experience with Audit practitioners.My approach is engaging, empathic, inclusive and collaborative yet grounded and focused on delivering outcomes.
