I am the primary author of Procedure Writing: Principles and Practices, a leading publication on procedure writing.I love being creative, overcoming challenges, and supporting my team to be successful. I'm versatile, and I'm different from many writers in that I can manage projects and understand the business as well as the creative aspects of a project.
