Douja Ben Mahmoud Gharbi, more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience. She has a long professional career as an entrepreneur and manager. Serial entrepreneur, she has created and managed several companies in various sectors: industry, services, and commerce. She has also been an expert on entrepreneurship, Counsellor, and mentor for more than 15 years, trained and certified by UNIDO and ITPO Bahrain. She is also a specialist of private sector and she works with several international organizations as UNIDO, EU, GIZ, etc. facilitating the dialogue between private and public sector with these organizations regarding entrepreneurship, access to finance and access to Market for MSMEs. She is co-founder and CEO of the accelerator REDSTART Tunisia launched in 2019; the accelerator is the first Tunisian company who lately joined the community Business Call to Actions -BCtA of the United Nations.Passionate and committed to economic development and entrepreneurship, Douja is very active on a voluntary basis within DAMYA-Tunisian Women Business Angels Network- that she cofounded and that she chairs, the CEDE Association -Centre d’Entrepreneuriat et de Développement Endogène- that she chairs, the international association FPAM- Finance Participative in Africa and the Mediterranean – where she is Vice-President. Douja is also founding member of CONECT- Confédération des Entreprises Citoyennes de Tunisie- in charge of CSR and entrepreneurship and employment projects.--------------------------------------------------
