I negotiate and execute contracts and addenda, generate and send required submittals, obtain paperwork and information needed in order for our team to work successfully, and oversee slab material billing and ordering.Project Manager Portion: I see the project through start to finish by familiarizing myself with plans and shop drawings, obtaining sinks, creating unit tracking and information sheets, scheduling measure and install dates, punch walking my team's work, communicating with all General Contractor contacts, including the Project Manager, Superintendent, QC Foreman, etc., and adapting to / solving any issues that arise during the duration of the project.
