I am currently involved in: Training and Counseling: Interventions related to employee wellness and leadership development with Afriforte, the commercial arm of an industrial psychology research unit of the North West University, Potchefstroom Campus. Clients include Momentum, Sasol, Eskom, De Beers, NW University. Research on mine safety: Investigating the connection between unsafe behaviour (in particular violations), and psychological antecedents (attitudes, norms, perceived control). It is my intention to publish papers on my findings in 2011 as part of the requirements for a Masters Degree. OD project: I have been contracted by Anlogold Ashanti since October 2010.Specialties: Organisational development (OD), leadership development, occupational safety, employee well-being.
