As part of the dev team I develop, test, and maintain multiple large scale web applications, and desktop windows applications, from top to bottom.• Patient Portal (web app) – patients can message their doctors, pay bills, schedule appointments, view their medical info and lab results.• Doctor Portal (web app) – doctors or health administrators can manage patients, view requested appointments, send appointment reminders, view patient payments, message patients.• Patient Forms (windows app) - health administrators view medical forms submitted by patients, update patient medical record.• Health Care Records (web app) - health administrators view and process patient’s health records and documents.• MS SQL Server Database – Queries, tables, views, triggers, stored procedures.• Back-end development: Microservices, RESTful APIs, server code with ASP.NET Core, C#.• Front-end development: ASP.NET WebForms, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, WPF.• Implemented user login using Identity-Server 4.• Code testing, maintenance, and upgrades to maximize performance.I independently developed the following systems within the web applications:• Payment processing screen (for patients to pay their medical bills).• Payment management screen (for the health administrators) where the health administrator can view the received payments, issues receipts, refund payments.• A dynamic delivery list system, where a health administrator can build a patient mailing list on the fly, using any criteria that the health administrator wants.• Health care record management, where health administrators can view and maintain patient’s health records and documents.
